```Duties```
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables
- Measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes or portion sizes
- Assist in cooking and preparing food items, such as soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts
- Operate kitchen equipment, such as grills, ovens, fryers, and microwaves
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
- Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the quality and safety of food products
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
