```Duties```:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of lift systems if necessary
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
```Requirements```:
- Previous experience in home care or assisted living preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely using proper body mechanics and assistive devices if needed
- Familiarity with resident rights and ensuring their dignity and independence are respected
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
