Responsibilities:
-Provide culinary and service staff with clean, sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware and equipment
-Maintains ongoing cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine; includes set-up and close down of machine at the beginning or end of the day.
-Keeps the kitchen clean by mopping and sweeping floors and emptying trash during the course of their shift
-washes plate-ware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils, adhering to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
-able to effectively communicate with Managers and willing to work as a team
Qualifications:
Ability to pass a criminal Background screening.
Experience with food handling procedures preferred, knife skills.
Ability to stand 100% of the shift.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs during the shift
Positive attitude and a willingness to grow with the company.
