Responsibilities include
- Wash and put away dishes and utensils after meals. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and related areas.
- Adhere to all Food Safety protocols.
- Scrub warmers, stoves and ovens (doors, inside, racks, etc.).
- Sweep, scrub and mop floors. Floor areas include kitchen, walk-ins, and dry storage.
- Sweep and clean the loading dock daily. Break down boxes, Bring Recycling and Garbage to appropriate dumpsters. Clean receptacles as needed. Trash, recyclables, cardboard should not be left on/in the loading dock overnight.
- Act as a runner for Chef and cooks. (Getting supplies and ingredients from storage.)
- Report any broken or faulty equipment either to your immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds at a time
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to multi-task
- Exceptional customer service skills; positive attitude
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $15.75 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
