Duties & Responsibilities:
- Washing dishes, silverware, glassware through a commercial dishwasher and by hand before, during and after events
- Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors
- Retrieving inventory of hard goods for wedding setup
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
- Be able to walk/stand for hours at a time
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
