DISHWASHER/BUSSER
Dishwashers are responsible for washing all utensils and small wares in accordance with health regulations and guidelines. They are also responsible for helping to maintain a clean kitchen and prep area. Must be open to assisting with minimal prep duties, such as chopping and slicing vegetables, shredding cheeses, etc…
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Wash all utensils and small wares
- Helps keeps kitchen clean and organized including the walk-in
- Detail dish equipment daily
- Responsible for lifting and organizing pots and pans onto shelves
- Properly sets up and breaks down station
- Maintaining a professional, composed, and calm demeanor always
- Wiping tables in dining room during the rush
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Food Handler certificates (https://www.servsafe.com/access/SS/Catalog/ProductDetail/SSECT6TX
- Ability to carry at least 50 lbs.
- Basic knife safety
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to reach, bend, squat and lift while on the shift
- Able to multitask and organize

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
