Mitigation Project Manager
The main responsibility of the Project Manager is to manage production crews and jobs according to our client's procedures at the local offices and/or the Disaster Recovery Team as production demands dictate and assistance is needed. Keep Director of Mitigation updated on production. Coordinate requirements for the job, complete job files, supervise production and monitor jobs from start to finish. Resolve problems quickly as they arise. Perform production work as needed. Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met. Communicate and establish rapport with commercial, insurance, and residential customers. Maintain organized warehouse, oversee all equipment and supplies. Maintain a good image/brand (vehicles, employees, etc…)
Salary: $25 + / hour plus 5- 10 hour OT per week
Total compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
Work Week: Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 4 PM plus 5 - 10 hours per week OT
On Call 1 Week per Month
