Form of workAmerican Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Directors, Business Planning and Financial Analysis to collaborate with stakeholders to provide advisory services for enterprise-wide initiatives that bridge strategy, planning, operations, and execution on a global basis. Support launch and execution of strategic and operational initiatives that drive change management internally, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Plan and translate business goals into executable action plans that drive results. Provide consulting services to internal stakeholders, leveraging expertise in the credit card business and with marketing operations, to drive program management. Ensure the development of a diverse team of consulting professionals.
Position requires a Master's degree in Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, and 3 years of experience with program and project management on reengineering, strategy, and large-scale business transformation initiatives. Experience must include a minimum of 2 years of experience in each of the following: Designing strategies in support of marketing operations; translating overall business vision and objectives into tactical strategies and plans; data-driven analysis in support of business transformations, including product and portfolio development initiatives; process improvement, strategy development, and execution in the financial services industry; consumer credit card business; applying Six Sigma methodologies; designing, presenting, and implementing change management strategies on a global basis; product marketing or marketing operations; credit risk and portfolio management; and cross-functional team and people leadership on large, complex initiatives. Telecommuting is available up to 3 days per week.

Salary Range: $154,315.00 to $205,000.00 annually
