About the Role
Brighton Health Plan Solutions (BHPS) is seeking an experienced Business Reporting Analyst for our Customer Service team to work on key departmental projects and client specific reporting. The ideal candidate has a curious mind and enjoys taking a challenging problem, breaking it down into sections, reviewing the information, and asking the right questions. This person must have exceptional people skills as well as creative solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic initiatives developed by the Call Center leadership team that will improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Conduct requirement gathering with business users and technical team and capture the requirements and use cases.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, which includes administrative tasks while ensuring adherence to deadline.
  • Organize and facilitate project-related meetings, including the creation of agendas, preparation of materials and recording minutes.
  • Reports and analyzes events reports to assess first contact resolution, identify open events and works with call center management team to review and close. Identify gaps in events management to improve first call resolution percentage.
  • Produces monthly reports for key clients incorporating call metrics, caller reasons, CSAT post call scores and other relative data elements.
  • Collaborates with Analytic Teams to provide focused or regional analysis of member utilization trends and client spend.
  • Produce reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, customers, and other relevant parties.
  • Identify process improvements and facilitate re-engineering of business process.
  • Generates daily call center queue, agent performance reports and call tracker reports.
  • Works with the Management team to gather all reporting required to produce Monthly agent scorecards.
  • Produces and provides Customer Service Stats daily reporting for newly implemented clients.

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of Project management experience and 2-3 years in the Health Insurance Industry.
  • Knowledge of CPT codes, ICD-10.
  • Knowledge of managed care procedures, claims payment policies.
  • Previous multi-channel experience (i.e., voice, email, and chat) a plus.
  • Strong analytical, time management and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare plan or call center preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree in business administration or related field.
  • Stakeholder management skills in large complex project/program with Internal and external teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of tuning SQL queries is a plus.
