The Director of Technical Operations and Enterprise Architect is responsible for the high-level design of TruckTrax business applications, creating project roadmaps for DevOps and Software Developers. They will Manage and coordinate the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software and applications.

Compensation
$200K - $220K annually/DOE
Responsibilities
- Define, communicate, and enforce the company software architecture strategy
- Manage the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
- Translate business needs and requirements, and technical requirements for software applications
- Manage, coach, and mentor DevOps Engineers as well as Software Development and Quality Control personnel
- Create and manage project timelines
- Develop and implement strategies for optimal system performance
- Work with stakeholders in the design, development, and execution of software systems
- Lead Agile planning and execution
- Represent technology perspective in high-level planning/execution of systems
Education
College degree (Computer Science preferred)
Requirements/Qualifications
- Cloud computing system development experience
- Effective communicator
- IT Security experience
- Knowledge in Systems Architecture
- Strong analytical skills
- Minimum three years as an Architect (Business, Enterprise, Solution or Technical)
- Minimum three years as a software developer
- Experience with database design and data modeling
- Excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles
Preferred:
- Work in a transportation and/or manufacturing environment
