The Director of Information Services (IT) at Willamette View is a technical leader when it comes to understanding how an IT Department can add value and enrich an organization. Someone who can inspire others to strive towards excellence. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop our technology strategy and guide our team to securely manage the IT operation and infrastructure to improve efficiency and processes.

You are strategic and goal driven, and you can manage multiple projects while coordinating with other stakeholders. You've been known to roll up your sleeves to get the job done, even helping end users and customers when jumping in to cover support. Being financially savvy is part of your vernacular and you know where to invest to have the greatest impact. You've had success sourcing, implementing, and gaining buy-in when bringing in new technology. Your experience in creating technology risk assessments and business continuity plans, in compliance with certifications and regulations, ensures the security of all company information systems, network, and equipment. You will coach, develop, and mentor a team of passionate IT professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in relevant IT positions, including business systems analysis, project management, and vendor management.
• Minimum 5 years network, system management of deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and support of IT systems.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a staff and overseeing external service providers.
• Experience with small IT teams where all hands are required when issues arise.
• Experience with managing IT engineering fractional hours to deploy, maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise software applications applicable for healthcare or senior living (Example: Electronic health records, dining, facilities maintenance, and financial systems).
• Experience creating technical documentations, policies, and procedures.
• Considerable knowledge of general business processes, management, budgeting, and general operations.

We believe in equitable pay for all team members and believe a reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $101,817 USD to $150,047 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, and business need.
