Job Description Qualifications:
The Boeing Company is looking for a Director, Supply Chain Work Movement. This leader is set to join the team located in Everett, WA.
Position Responsibilities:

• Manage Integrated Product Team to efficiently execute Work Movement projects
• Accountable to manage end to end Work Movement value stream across BCA Supply Chain
• Directly manage senior project management team and influence support organization
• Monitor buffer health beginning at sourcing activity
• Identify and execute all opportunities to capture, retain and transfer knowledge from initial supplier where possible (utilize IP, share programming & planning data)
• Determine and communicate availability of detail parts, raw material or build knowledge to new supplier
• Ensure early sub-tier engagement, deliberate oversight of sub-tier schedules; ensure POs are in place to support first part deliveries and all future requirements
• Coordinate early Engineering and Quality engagement
• Ensure Work Movement requirements are accounted for and documented in Make/buy decisions

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal or external Supply Chain
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a matrix team and working across business units
• Minimum 3 years of experience with program management and Supply Chain best practices
• Minimum 3 years of experience Manufacturing/Operations
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships based on trust and integrity with internal and external stakeholders
• Minimum 3 years of experience collaborating with leaders effectively and with influence across business units, programs and functions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Advanced Degree in related technical and/or business field.
• Collaborative and strategic with multiple stakeholders and lead a cross functional team
• Proven ability to execute on commitments
• Externally focused, forward looking perspective.
• Keen insights from industry best practices and application One Boeing mindset, demonstrating both the behaviors and values

Summary pay range: $170,000 - $230,000
