As the Director of Supply Chain - Global Apparel at Polaris, you will be at the forefront of managing the global Supply Chain for our distinguished apparel brands, including 509, Klim, and Polaris. In this influential role, you will lead teams across various U.S. locations, focusing on areas such as development, production, distribution, logistics, and demand/supply planning. Your strategic leadership will be key in building a high-performance team that turns our apparel concepts into globally available products. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a high-performance organization that consistently exceeds targets.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure superior customer service and on-time delivery of high-quality products globally.
- Lead strategic initiatives for shared service functions, aligning with Brand goals.
- Drive operational improvements to achieve business goals and enable long-term growth.
- Monitor and review direct reports' performance, providing effective coaching, mentoring, and development.
- Manage staff resources to align with business objectives and create robust succession plans.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering and post-sales teams to uphold product standards and manage rework processes.
- Act as an active member of the Apparel Leadership Team, contributing to strategic business milestones.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, preferably in Supply Chain management; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in the Apparel/Gear Supply Chain discipline, with a focus on development, sourcing, or operations.
- 7+ years of experience leading teams in a Supply Chain discipline environment.
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making, with a strong understanding of data analytics in Supply Chain management.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%, including some annual international travel (about 10%).
- Current US passport holder or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
