Lana Funkhouser with Robert Half is seeking a knowledgeable Supply Chain Finance Manager for one of her well respected clients. As a Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the Supply Chain operations from a financial perspective. You will be responsible for providing strategic financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making within the Supply Chain function. This role requires a deep understanding of both finance and Supply Chain management principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Partner with the Supply Chain team to develop and implement financial strategies that optimize inventory management, logistics, and procurement processes.
+ Analyze Supply Chain costs, performance metrics, and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
+ Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for Supply Chain operations.
+ Lead the financial evaluation of Supply Chain initiatives, projects, and investments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
+ Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and finance, to develop and implement best practices and process improvements.
+ Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track Supply Chain financial performance and identify areas for optimization.
+ Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the Supply Chain function.

Requirements+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
+ 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or Supply Chain Finance roles, with a focus on Supply Chain analysis and optimization.
+ Strong understanding of financial principles, including cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
+ Proficiency in financial analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, financial modeling software, and ERP systems.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
+ Experience in Supply Chain management or logistics is a plus.
+ Certification in finance or Supply Chain management (e.g., CFA, CSCP) is desirable.
