This position is responsible for….
Developing and implementing best in class technology systems and process improvements within the assigned business unit(s). These process improvements will include changes in people, process, and technology in order to improve Breg’s revenue and profitability performance. Working directly with the Vice President, Billing Operations, s/he will act as a program manager cross functionally, driving alignment, support, and action of identified improvements. S/he will be a key player responsible for due diligence and integration in support of identified acquisition activities for the Breg Billing Operations.
Your day will be very busy… you will:
- Serves as the business lead of the billing project portfolio, working with the project management office.
- Gathers data and produces and analyzes investigations of performance, utilization, and financial analyses in support of due diligence, legal review, financial forecasting, and modeling of various business cases.
- Develops, organizes, and performs training on the Breg billing operating system.
- Develops reporting and tools to communicate strategic plans and concepts to leadership.
- Identifies and presents business cases to leadership of Strategic Initiatives to drive efficiencies in Field Service, Inventory, Revenue Cycle and supporting operations.
- Provides measurement and benchmarking of business operations in relation to best business practices for the healthcare industry and internal business objectives.
- Analyzes emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, competitive threats, the viability of outside business partners, and sources of capital.
- Responsible for the management, development, and coaching of teammates responsible for delivering on the day to day operational and project goals.
- Performs duties in compliance with applicable FDA, CMS, ACHC, and other appropriate state and federal regulations.
- Leadership responsibilities include the selection, development, performance management and continuous recalibration of staff; ensures appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation; performs administrative tasks associated with timekeeping, pay, performance, policy administration and other matters related to employment.
- Assesses staff and provides timely and consistent feedback regarding technical proficiency and effectiveness. Provides constructive feedback, guidance, and reinforcement to employees regarding job performance. Works with staff to identify work goals and create individual development plans. Evaluates training programs to ensure content meets staff needs.
What your background will be:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years’ experience in operational role within Revenue Cycle Management.
- Project Management experience creating project plans, leading successful projects and developing consensus through collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Computer and technology proficient to include web browser/internet search, Office 365 suite, SQL (Ability to understand queries and translate business needs to the Business Intelligence department), and PowerBI (Ability to use standard features and translate business needs to the Business Intelligence department) or related data platform.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tooling required.
- Must have Program Management skills - Proven track of successfully leading & closing high impact & complex projects, clusters of individual projects in parallel through wide cross-functional teams.
- Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Experience with medical practice management and electronic medical record software preferred.
- Familiarity with the following is also required:
- Health insurance Claim processing and protocols
- Medicare Supplier Standards
- ICD10 Coding and DMEPOS Coding protocols
- Role of Accounts Receivable within a third-party reimbursement environment
- Experience with Durable Medical Equipment billing is a plus.
- In depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPMS, Re engineering, QMS methodologies. Knowledge of principles and applications of statistical methods including statistical problem solving.

Salary Pay Range
- $175,000 - $190,000
