- Lead the design and construction implementation process for new development and reinvestment retail projects both on and off site from The Irvine Ranch.
- Represent the firm's interests throughout the design and construction process with all architectural design consultants and their sub-consultants.
- Interface with the Vice President of Architecture for project design direction, programming, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the retail development, leasing and operations teams, marketing, and construction teams to develop architectural designs that are aligned with agreed upon programming, budgets, and project requirements.
- Oversee project consultant coordination throughout the design and construction delivery process.
- Review architectural design consultant's and sub-consultant's design and construction documents and specifications for constructability and design intent based on development programming and project requirements.
- Coordinate on a project-by-project basis the review and approval of project submittals, shop drawings, ASI's and RFI's for project design conformance.
- Conduct as-needed on-site field coordination on a project-by-project basis interfacing with all members of the project team.
- Ten to fifteen years of relevant work experience.
- Strong project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Licensed architect preferred.
- Production knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite Programs, Microsoft Office Products
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $127,600.00 - $168,900.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
