The Director Regional CAB Sales leads sales and support of HOA services within an assigned region. Responsible for meeting/exceeding the sales expectations within assigned region to include HOA services (Deposit and Loans). Manages a team of dedicated Relationship Sales Officers, Regional Sales Officers and Sales Support Specialists; monitoring performance while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Develops and executes sales and marketing strategies that increase production and revenue. Coaches associates on client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Provides leadership and personal oversight to the development of community partnerships and other sales outreach efforts. Some travel is required overseeing a remote team across the Bank footprint.
Responsibilities
- Sales Oversight - Manages the sales of CAB products and services including integration, loan, investment and payment solutions within a region. Directs sales outreach and marketing efforts, and monitors regional production. Provides advice on client acquisition, client retention, acquisition and servicing.
- Business Strategy - Develops strategic business plans that aim to achieve sales goals and enhance operating efficiencies. Builds relationships with business partners to encourage a strong referral network. Collaborates with other sales, division and operation leadership on aligning sales strategies with wider business objectives and ensuring a seamless transition between sales, service, and support teams. Develops prospects in the Association industry, actively participates in CAI Chapters or other networking groups, and generates deposit, loan and payments leads from existing clients. Attends and participates in HOA Staff Meetings.
- Managerial Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and regional goals and budget objectives. Monitors compliance, operational policies, procedures, while identifying efficiencies in order to meet objectives. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. Maximizes department achievements by providing professional development and actively recruiting talent.
- Business Support - Leads or manages special projects within the region. Creates reports to deliver insight into sales operations and performance for senior leadership. Travels to RAEs locations regularly to provide support and guidance. Manages department budget and expense reports. Addresses and manages escalated customer complaints.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in financial services, including Community Association Banking OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in financial services, including Community Association Banking.
