Job Description:
The Coventry Business Unit is looking for a Senior/Director of Product Management. This individual directs the development of company and market requirements for the specialty network products (Physical Medicine, DME, Diagnostics, etc)., including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.
- Monitors the development of business plans, assesses market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share.
- Applies broad knowledge of company's product/service capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new analytics and emerging product/service opportunities.
- Leads product definition and business plans with joint departments.
- Oversees the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product opportunities to expand market-share.
- Communicates customer feedback to internal departments such as network contracting, account management, sales, and provider relations.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Evaluates in-depth market analysis and leads business case for optimization of existing products/solutions alternatives and/or to create the next generation of new products.
- Collaborates with marketing team to develop effective communication tools for successful product introductions.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years Management experience
- Property & Casualty industry experience
- 5+ years PPO networks and integrated products in the marketplace
- Analytics experience for PPO networks
Desired Skills and Experience: Provider network contracting experience, prior Product Management experience.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $146,962 - $185,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
