Director of Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions – Job Duties: 

• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead all aspects of M&A initiatives, from cultivation to integration
• Build and maintain a strategic acquisition and partnership pipeline
• Foster relationships with potential partners and industry contacts
• Ensure the achievement of short and long-term financial objectives
• Support long-term financial planning and obligations
• Cultivate a culture of accountability and high performance
• Recruit, train, and retain top-performing team members
• Set clear expectations, analyze goals, and improve team performance
• Stay informed about institutional goals and engage in sponsored activities
• Lead change initiatives that positively impact the organization
• Coordinate efforts between various departments within the organization
• Demonstrate expertise in compliance requirements and regulations
• Effectively communicate compliance requirements to staff
