Subject to Grant Funding?: No   Essential Job Functions: 1. Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates work activities of subordinates and staff, including hiring, coaching, evaluating, and terminating, all in accordance with university policies and procedures.
2. Develops and executes Healthcare Business strategies in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
3. Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive forces to drive strategic decision-making while assessing threats in the healthcare landscape.
4. Leads the development of short-term and long-term strategic plans to ensure the clinics' sustainable growth.
5. Analyzes healthcare data, identifies trends, and provides actionable insights.
6. Develops and implements key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards to monitor and evaluate healthcare operations, financial performance, and patient outcomes.
7. Conducts financial analysis and modeling to assess the financial impact of new initiatives and recommends cost-effective solutions.
8. Leads efforts to expand clinic services, locations, and partnerships as part of the growth strategy.
9. Designs analytical projects that apply valid scientific techniques and uses information obtained from baselines or historical data to structure uncompromised and efficient analysis.
10. Develops an understanding of fields to which statistical methods are to be applied to determine whether methods and results are appropriate.
11. Plans data collection methods for specific projects and determines the types and sizes of sample groups to be used.
12. Evaluates sources of information to determine any limitations in terms of reliability or usability.
13. Prepares and presents statistical and non-statistical results using charts, bullets, and graphs to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.
15. Completes special projects as assigned.
Marginal Job Functions: 1. Collaborates with executive leadership, department heads, and external partners to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge:
1. Administration and Management - General knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, budgeting, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and/or coordination of people and resources.
2. English Language - Thorough knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
3. Computers and Electronics - Thorough knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications, programming, and/or systems configuration.
4. Mathematics - Thorough knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, and/or statistics, and their applications.
5. Thorough knowledge of healthcare data sources, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and claims data.
6. Thorough knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
7. Thorough knowledge in data analysis and business intelligence tools.

Physical Requirements and Working Environment:
1. Speech Recognition - Must be able to identify and understand the speech of another person.

4. Travel - Must be able to travel on a daily and/or overnight basis.
5. May be required to work nights or weekends.

7. May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment/supplies, including but not limited to pens, pencils, and computer keyboards.
Job Requirements:   Required Certifications/Licensures:   Required Education: Bachelor's degree Major (if required): Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Required Experience: 1. Minimum of six to eight (6-8) years of experience in healthcare strategy, analytics, or related roles.
2. Proven track record of leading successful strategic initiatives in a healthcare setting.
