Circle of Care for Families and Children of Passaic County is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting Passaic County multiple-needs children and their families. As a Care Management Organization (CMO), we partner with families to design, implement, and manage individual service plans (ISPs) using both informal and community support for children with complex needs including behavioral, emotional, and developmental disabilities.

We are seeking a Director of Quality Assurance Performance Improvement to advance the mission, philosophy and values of Circle of Care on behalf of our growing staff of 150+ employees, and the youth and families we serve.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership in the broad attainment of excellence of the agency's mission
- Develop, manage, and implement Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement plan within the agency
- Oversee and direct the QAPI department in developing, preparing and analyzing critical data that will track, monitor and assess qualitative and quantitative service delivery.
- Mine data in multiple systems, design and develop reports for internal and external users
- Analyze reports and provide recommendations and creative strategies for the development, improvement, and enhancement of policies, procedures, operations, and resources.
- Assess and manage risk for the agency, (e.g. HIPAA regulations, incident reporting, backup file system)
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience working in an organization with a similar mission and operations
- 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience
