Why This Role Is Exciting
This person in this role will spearhead our initiatives in developing broadband technicians and engineers. Unlike traditional content development roles, this position requires a unique blend of Product Management skills focused on identifying market needs, driving product commercialization, and collaborating closely with the Learning Development (LD) research and production team. You will play a crucial role in defining product requirements, ensuring market success, and implementing effective pricing and partner strategies. What Youll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development research team to provide clear product requirements, ensuring alignment with market needs and organizational goals.
  • Identify and analyze product/market fit for Professional Learning products aimed at broadband technicians and engineers.
  • Lead the product commercialization process, including pricing strategies, distribution channels and partner engagement.
  • Manage cross-functional efforts with teams such as marketing, sales and design to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Set clear objectives and key results for each product, using data-driven approaches to monitor market adoption, usage and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our products meet the evolving needs of broadband professionals.
  • Foster effective partnerships both within and outside the organization, aligning stakeholders and resources toward common goals.
  • Represent the organization's values and contribute to a culture of innovation, inclusivity and continuous learning.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
What Is a Must Have:
  • 5 7 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong track record of developing and commercializing successful Professional Learning products.
  • Experience working with Learning and Development teams, providing product vision and direction.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using market and customer data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading multiple complex initiative simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset, able to navigate a fast-paced environment and drive results amidst ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in understanding and applying adult learning principles, especially in technical or engineering contexts.
  • Passion for enhancing the skills and careers of broadband technicians and engineers.
What Will Set You Apart:
Experience in technical fields, particularly broadband or telecommunications.
