The Opportunity:
Overseeing Revenue Management / Pricing for EF Ultimate Break, you will be responsible for the development and execution of Revenue Management and pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability, drive market share and optimize seasonality, product, and channel mix. This role will have a particular focus on developing predictive analyses that utilize sales trends and promotional insights to drive effective yield management. You will actively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the market development, marketing, operations, and sales teams and will foster cross-functional productivity.

What you’ll do:
- Set, execute and maintain pricing strategy for EF Ultimate Break’s worldwide portfolio through analysis of cost information alongside competitive research and business growth objectives
- Drive ongoing price change and discount/promotional recommendations to maintain competitiveness while capitalizing on market opportunities
- Implement inventory management strategies and processes to achieve margin targets and maximize trip inventory utilization
- Proactively identify market trends/changes; develop and execute recommendations to take advantage
- Review, analyze and report on profitability by portfolio and customer segment
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify creative ways to drive sales growth
- Utilize customer feedback and requests to develop supplemental revenue opportunities
- Develop and lead quarterly strategy meetings with Market Development and Operations teams
- Collaborate with regional Operations teams to understand challenges and opportunities that relate to profitability and develop action plans to mitigate risk
- Conduct in-depth market and sales trend analyses
- Provide valuable insights on the impact of competitor marketing activities and promotions
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience (for Manager level), 8+ years’ experience (for Director level) in Pricing, Revenue Management, or similar roles, preferably in the travel industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Business Intelligence software, preferably Tableau or PowerBI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret & translate complex data into an easy-to-understand presentation
- Experience with project management, particularly among cross-functional teams
