Job Summary: Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Outreach Engagement will play a
crucial role in leading and overseeing outreach teams, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering community
engagement across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical field, coupled
with extensive experience in community resource outreach.
Essential Functions:
Team Leadership
Provide visionary leadership to the outreach teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the outreach department.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Outreach team members.
Strategic Planning
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute outreach strategies that align with Titanium
Healthcare's mission and vision.
Develop and implement outreach strategies to effectively engage diverse communities and markets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Provide administrative oversight of monthly contract billing and tracking of outcomes ensuring that KPI and
weekly reports have accurate data and are presented in a timely manner.
Community Engagement
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community, including medical
professionals, community organizations, and government agencies.
Represent Titanium Healthcare at community events and establish the company as a trusted partner in
healthcare services.
Outreach Activities
Oversee the planning and execution of Outreach activities, ensuring they are aligned with the company's
objectives and compliant with relevant regulations.
Monitor and analyze outreach performance metrics, providing regular reports to executive leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure a cohesive and
integrated approach to outreach initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in outreach
strategies.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or health administration, public health, social services or related field; Master’s
degree preferred.
7+ years progressive experience in business development; 5+ years’ experience in healthcare administration
preferred.
Strong understanding of community resource outreach and engagement.
Experience working with community resources and building strategic partnerships
Fluent in English (written and verbal); Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Proficiency MS Office programs
Detail oriented with excellent time management, business acumen and data driven.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of established
policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements: Physical demands associated with office work, including but not limited to:
Consistently operating a computer and other office equipment such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine,
and printer.
Must be able to move around the office or community 25% of the time.
Frequently moving or carrying office equipment weighing up to 10 pounds across offices.
Ability to operate a vehicle and/or travel to meetings and different office locations as required or requested.
