Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Own customer and associate journey from onboarding, retention, to expansion
- Build a customer success team and processes for scaled growth
- Manage processes and systems for operations
- Understand and monitor customer and associate satisfaction to remedy proactive fixes or improvements
- Create, maintain, and improve internal processes to support team's efficiency and train team members as needed
- Collaborate regularly with sales, finance, and legal teams
- Provide data driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets
- Keep track of SLAs and team's continuing meeting and improvement of the SLA
- Proactively problem solve and act as a customer and associate advocate
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings
- Lead special projects and strive to become highly proficient in targeted areas of the business
- Light travel to various customers for face-to-face interactions as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to act as the owner of a core business function
- Proven track record in problem solving
- Experience in growing and managing teams
- Passion for problem solving and executing company-changing initiatives
- Ability to manage concurrent high priority initiatives
- Track record of managing teams to meet or exceed operational efficiency and customer satisfaction goals in a high-growth setting
- Human resources background and understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of operations and/or customer service experience
- Excellent problem resolution skills and the ability to multitask and organize calendar
- Strong team player and ability to quickly adapt to potential change
- Experience in overseeing projects from beginning to completion
- Desire to build knowledge base in the human resources field
- Clear oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate complex information with customers and associates
Nice to Have:
- Experience with various aspects of human resources and employment norms
- Grasp of various local, state, and federal employment laws
- Human resources or talent acquisition background
- Worked on employment scenarios in multiple countries
- Budgeting and forecasting experience for high level profit and loss analysis

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
