POSITION DESCRIPTION
This full-time position will report directly to the Vice President & President and will have the following major responsibilities:
- Developing job estimates for significant landscape construction projects,
- Purchasing materials and negotiating terms,
- Project management & financial tracking (job costing)
- Maintaining pro and payment systems,
- Customer and inventory management, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets,
- Assisting with both long-term and short-term business planning and analysis.
- Overseeing snow management operations
- Attending meeting with Owners, Architects and Engineers Job site start- ups, lay-out, problem solving direction and assistance.
Significant time in the field is not required for this position, although a larger fieldwork role may develop over time, depending upon the capabilities and preferences of the individual.
Compensation is $75K+/-, depending upon experience. Eligible for significant bonus and financial upside.

- Strong computer skills, comfortable with significant data entry and processing, especially using Microsoft Excel

- Purchasing experience is a "plus"
- Industry experience (or experience in a related industry) is a "plus"
EDUCATION
Associate's degree in landscape technology, construction, or related field-equivalent work experience will be considered.
