SalaryThe Director of Culinary Operations is responsible for overseeing multiple teams within the culinary department to ensure all areas meet objectives and expectations related to production, distribution and food service. Our current team consists of about 75 employees in 5 different areas. This position will supervise all location managers, while also being responsible for developing and executing strategy to maintain a standard of excellence in all dining, catering functions and culinary events. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in an advanced cooking/culinary role, with extensive knowledge in culinary safety and sanitation standards (healthcare background preferred). We are also looking for a candidate that is forward thinking and takes a creative approach to challenges, has excellent communication, and organizational skills.
