We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Events to join our team. As the Director of Events, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our Event Planning and execution. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong strategic planning, operations management, and business development skills.
```Duties```
- Manage and oversee all aspects of Event Planning, including budgeting, logistics, vendor selection, and contract negotiation
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure successful event execution and achieve organizational goals
- Lead a team of event coordinators and staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and develop event concepts that align with the organization's brand and mission
- Oversee the development of event timelines, production schedules, and critical path analysis
- Monitor event budgets to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in event management
