We are hiring for an experienced Director of Operations who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for the Compounding and Production departments so the company can achieve operational goals and objectives, aligning with company vision and values.

- Oversees all aspects of manufacturing operations including leading, assigning and managing the activities of the assigned departments to ensure optimal results in safety, quality, productivity and cost.
- Trains, coaches and develops employees within the department to ensure performance expectations and department objectives are met according to established standards; manages performance expectations and delivers feedback, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.
- Ensures efficient utilization of resources, optimizing production processes to meet or exceed production targets while minimizing costs.
- Provides guidance and support to focused factory managers and supervisors, empowering them to make informed decisions and drive operational excellence at all levels.
- Performs comprehensive and timely review of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Implements systems and processes for tracking and reporting on operational efficiency, OEE, productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to quality, safety, and environmental protection.
- Implements and maintains rigorous quality assurance processes, including the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocols.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field is required; in lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience is required.
- Minimum of 10 (ten) years of previous management experience in a filling and packaging environment, preferably cosmetics, personal care of pharmaceutical.
- Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated working experience of Lean, Six Sigma or distribution principles and concepts.
- Previous SAP experience is strongly preferred.
