Location: Cabot, AR

Position type: On-site only

Salary: $85K-$125K

Commission or Bonus Structure: Incentives based on KPI and EBITDA

Job Description:

- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of and oversee all facets of management functions within the company's operations.

- Utilize in-depth knowledge to effectively manage and optimize transportation operations.

- Lead and oversee dispatch operations, ensuring efficient routing, scheduling, and coordination of drivers and equipment.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

- Develop and implement RFQ rate and bidding strategies to secure profitable business opportunities.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across departments.

- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technology advancements to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and leadership abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.
