As a Senior Director, Supply Chain Management - Fulfillment Center Operations (Sam's Club) , you will play a crucial role in championing our culture of safety, diversity, development, operational excellence and member experience across a portfolio of Fulfillment Centers. You will take the lead in driving transformational initiatives across the Fulfillment Center network (beyond your own portfolio). This leadership position requires expertise in engaging and leading a regional team of site leaders to achieve excellence. What you'll do...
- Develop and implement strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize our Supply Chain processes, maximize impact and remove waste
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce Fulfillment Centers, ensuring member obsession with on-time delivery and highest levels of efficiency
- Lead the Fulfillment Center Operations team, providing guidance, coaching and mentorship to achieve optimal performance
- Manage budgets, forecasts and KPIs to ensure that performance targets are met or exceeded
- Drive cross-network initiatives, maintaining compliance with all safety, quality and regulatory requirements
What you'll bring...
- 10+ years of experience leading or supporting eCommerce fulfillment/ distribution operations, in particular multi-site operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing Supply Chain strategies that optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams with a desire to influence and create a people-focused culture
- Experience in driving transformation, demonstrating a comfort with disruption
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- A start-up mentality and capacity to move with speed
- A scrappy and fearless approach to dive in
- Ability to thrive in a transformational environment

area OR 9 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
4 years' supervisory experience
