Pay Range: $120,000/Yr. DOE

What you will do:
- Responsible for the planning, organization, direction, supervision and evaluation of the Nursing Services provided in the center
- Ensures nursing department compliance with federal, state and local regulations and implementation of center core nursing programs
- Ensures maintenance of records and reports for resident care
- Ensures the orientation and training of all Nursing Services personnel
- Manages the Nursing Services department within budget
- Follows all center policies and procedures
Must have:
- Current state RN licensure without enforcement
- Previous DON experience of 3 years or more preferred

Compensation for roles at Othello Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Othello Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Othello Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
Pay Range: $120,000-$140,000 per year Depending on Experience
