Director of Nursing (DON)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong managerial skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
- Implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of Nursing staff
- Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve quality of care
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in complex patient care situations
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a nurse in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Solid understanding of Nursing administration principles
- Ability to collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

Pay: $36.00 - $56.00 per hour
