We are growing our Pediatric Private Duty Nursing department; looking for a passionate and driven Registered Nurse who can provide in-home direct care for medically fragile children and grow our new service line in Colorado.
Shall:
- Build a service line from the ground up
- Create and maintain standards of Nursing practice such as credentialing of Nursing staff and clinical staff, including education, licensure, competencies, and relevant certification
- Develops written objectives, standards, policies, procedures, and quality improvement activities for Nursing and other ancillary services
- Act as key opinion leader for nursing matters, providing representation in community and business organizations
- Assess training needs, develop and implement training programs
- Conduct patient visits, evaluations, and PRN emergency on calls either in person or via telecommunications upon patients hospital admission or discharge
- Collaborates with the Executive Staff and superior clinical representatives to ensure consistent standards of patient care and operations

Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 3+ years experience in Private Duty Nursing experience with Supervisory
- Extensive understanding of the administrative side of the industry such as policies, processes, procedures, rules, regulations and laws
- State Nursing licensure and CPR Certification
- Possession of a valid Colorado Driver's License with reliable transportation and applicable car insurance
- Travel within the State of Colorado required

Salary $85,000 - $95,000 annually; plus potential bonus, Compensation dependent on experience.
