Director of Nursing

Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Nursing operations within the healthcare facility.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes.
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
- Monitor and analyze patient data, identifying trends and implementing interventions as necessary.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on current medical advancements, best practices, and industry trends.

Experience:
- Strong knowledge of nurse management principles and practices.
- Proficient in medical terminology, physiology, and nursing administration.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team of nurses.
- Experience in shift management and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with Medicare regulations and documentation review.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
