As a Director of Marketing & Communications, your primary responsibilities with be for the management and oversight of the Marketing Department employees and functions. This includes directing and development of Marketing and communications, corporate culture, and tradeshow and events programs. Specific functions include the coordination and implementation of Marketing communication programs for current and prospective employees, operating companies, media and public relations. Responsibilities of a broad range of Marketing and communication disciplines such as advertising, articles, brochures, direct mail, internet, special events, tradeshows, email campaigns, videos, photography, and social media. Critical for success are excellent communication skills and the ability to enhance customer service and drive change across the organization, while providing leadership and structure.

What it takes:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, and 10+ years of Marketing experience, or an equivalent combination
- Ability to successfully supervise multiple staff of different levels, showcasing strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, verbally and electronically, with each level within the organization
- Capability to adapt and learn new technical, imaging techniques under constantly changing competitive marketing demands. Exceptional computer skills in the area of software related to Marketing, Graphic Design, and social media
- Ability to work under pressure, continually meeting project deadlines across multiple time zones. Must be a highly motivated, creative individual
- Experience in construction or construction infrastructure and associated industries and/or understanding of construction (preferred)
- Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Experience working in a company that has an international footprint (preferred)
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team.
