Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Food Service operations, including food production, coffee service, and catering.
- Supervise and train staff members in food preparation, handling, and kitchen management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs to maintain budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of food and beverage products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the Food Service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficient in kitchen management, including inventory control and cost management.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
