Here is what you will be doing each day:
As the Director of People & Culture you will be overseeing all aspects of People and Culture management within the hotel. You will be responsible for recruitment and staffing, employee relations, compliance, performance management, associate engagement, diversity & inclusion and conflict resolution.

Experience Requirements:

• 5 years as a Director of People & Culture or equivalent
• Possess a thorough knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures, knowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations pertaining to Human Resources

Preferred:

• Previous hotel experience
