Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the state and federal levels.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development and engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for employee training and development.

- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage benefits administration, including health, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Develop and implement programs designed to take our employees from day 91 to day 1000. This program should be designed to develop our employees on the journey they will take working with us.
- Development programs to enhance employee skills, capabilities while reducing employee attrition.
- Identify leadership development opportunities and create succession plans.
- Foster a learning culture that encourages employee growth and advancement.
- Stay up-to-date with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Mitigate HR-related risks through effective policies, procedures, and training.
- Utilize HR analytics to assess workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple states, California employment law knowledge is a must for this position.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in process creation, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
