Form of workLifeCare Ambulance is accepting resumes for a full-time Director of Human Resources.
Candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding and scheduling of all pre hire testing for new employees as well as facilitating and managing company benefits and open enrollment. In addition, candidate will direct senior leadership with regard to disciplinary issues and maintain all employee files.
Ideal Candidate will be familiar and proficient in FMLA, ADA, OHSA recording, EEOC filing, labor law and State and Federal law.
Previous experience with Paycor for payroll and applicant tracking is also a plus.
