Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Design and implement organization-wide HR programs and policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including OSHA standards
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives
- Lead the HR team in delivering high-quality services to internal stakeholders
- Develop and manage the HR budget
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources management principles and best practices
- Experience in organization design and development
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with payroll processes and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex HR concepts to a diverse audience
- Experience in human capital management and talent acquisition strategies
- Proven program management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation
- Strong budgeting skills to effectively allocate resources

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
