OMI Industries, a renowned leader in natural odor abatement solutions, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a critical role in managing and maximizing the potential of our current workforce while collaborating with executives and team leaders to solve HR issues and implement company-wide policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, practices, and procedures that promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition process, including recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates, and managing new employee onboarding.
• Develop and implement employee benefit strategies and manage relationships with benefit vendors.
• Develop and oversee training and development programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Implement internal HR procedures to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, Master's degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations. - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
