About the Director of Growth Analytics:
The Director of Growth Analytics plays a crucial role in aligning our internal teams towards common growth objectives, leveraging rigorous experimentation and data-driven strategies to meet and exceed business targets. This leadership position requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical excellence, and a deep understanding of our customer base to effectively guide our growth efforts.
Essential Duties:

  • Forge strong partnerships with internal stakeholders in sales, marketing, and product to design and execute high-impact experiments aimed at driving business growth and achieving strategic goals.
  • Employ advanced data analysis and customer insights to identify key customer needs and prioritize challenges to address, ensuring our efforts are aligned with market demand.
  • Lead a global team of analysts in developing hypotheses, creating detailed measurement plans, and overseeing the lifecycle of experiments from conception to implementation.
  • Be accountable for the performance of various prospect targeting lists and reactive outreach campaigns as measured by achieving customer acquisition and retention targets and improving sales team productivity.
  • Work closely with the business and technology orgs to secure the necessary data and technological infrastructure for comprehensive customer behavior analysis and scalable experimentation.
  • Communicate the outcomes of experiments and campaigns clearly and effectively to leadership within Sales, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and precision targeting throughout the organization, fostering an environment where data and evidence guide decision-making processes.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in roles focused on growth strategy or analytics, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years managing a team of Growth or business analysts.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as statistics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical prowess, with a proven track record of using data to drive growth strategies in B2B contexts, particularly within finance or insurance sectors, is highly desirable.
  • Solid technical foundation, with practical skills in data analytics (Excel, SQL, Python) and proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Demonstrated success in energizing sales and marketing teams to leverage data for optimal decision-making.
  • Proven ability to bring clarity and focus to complex situations, facilitating efficient cross-functional collaboration in dynamic settings.
  • A proactive mindset, willing to engage in hands-on analysis alongside your team, embodying our ethos of agility and teamwork.
