Director Of Food And Beverage

Qualifications

• Luxury Resort/Hotel experience required, minimum 3 years.
• Relais & Chateaux, Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, Rosewood, Four Seasons, etc. brand background
• Open to current Director of F&B, Director of Operations, Hotel Manager
• Entrepreneurial and innovate mindset fluent in strategic planning
• English a requirement, Spanish is a “nice to have”
• Cuisine types: Bespoke beach activations, 24 hour In Room Dining, Grill, Japanese seafood, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
