```Duties```
- Oversee all aspects of Food and Beverage operations, including customer service, food preparation, kitchen management, inventory control, and hospitality.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and ensure the quality of Food served.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
- Plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering services.
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Food handling procedures, kitchen operations, and inventory control.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computer software for inventory management, scheduling, and reporting.
