Job duties include: Booking appointments, patient check in and check out. Post payments, work with multiple softwares with Dentrix. Front desk management skills, communication software programs and excellent phone skills. Process daily claims, predeterminations, and collect copays.
```Qualifications:```
- Dentrix level knowledge a must .
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and record keeping.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, insurance companies, and other healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of Dental terminology, ADA codes
