SalaryThe Director of Food & Beverage will be responsible for overseeing the entire Food & Beverage Operations, managing 4 outlets, a lounge, pool bar, in-room dining (IRD), and banquet services.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the Caribbean or on remote islands.
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Luxury hospitality background with a keen focus on service excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience Needed:
- Caribbean or remote island experience required
- Luxury hospitality experience is essential
Package: Base $4.5 - $5K USD net bonus plan + housing, relo assistance, and other expat benefits.
