Director Of Food And Beverage

We are a Luxury Resort that is looking for a Food and Beverage Director to add to our executive team, drive excellence in our outlets and banquet offerings, meet financial and progressive sustainability goals, drive positive culture and work environment, and lead with confidence!

Luxury Resort Director of Food and Beverage Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Food and Beverage Director for a luxury resort; independent brands preferred
• 1+ years of experience of leadership in a high-end, stand-alone restaurant
• Experience with banquets and catering, private dining groups, and working with sales to capture business
• Proven experience as an agent of change
• Strong financial acumen and experience making budgets, forecasts, and reading PnL's

Luxury Resort Director of Food and Beverage Responsibilities:

• Lead the Food and Beverage department with integrity and vision
• Manage all Food and Beverage managers
• Work with the executive team to meet and exceed guest and ownership expectations
• Develop and manage a punch list of initiatives to further grow, develop, and improve the department
• Work with marketing on promotions and events
• Implement progressive changes in sustainability and environmental stewardship for the program
