Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions’ (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a trusted client near downtown Indy looking for a Director of Risk, Compliance, and Corporate Governance. This client is in the real estate development space, covers most of the Midwest, and is midsize. The role is open due to growth, will report to a VP level, and will have 1-2 direct reports at the Manager level. An executive presence, real estate & public accounting experience, and a leader are key here.
Responsibilities:
Work with senior leadership to ensure effective strategy
Ensure sensible financial controls and general ledger roll up
Manage projects
Aspects of internal audit
Ensure both projects and processes/procedures comply with company standards
Budgeting & forecasting
Implement strategy to mitigate risk
Assist in ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
Bachelors in accounting or finance
7+ years progressive experience ideally in real estate development or public audit
Foundation in public audit experience required; ideally Big 4
CPA or CIA
GAAP knowledge
2+ years’ supervisory experience

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
