Pay ranges from $21-$23 per hour.
What we ask of you:
- Provide a memorable dining experience for our customers every day
- Build amazing relationships with family members, residents, and co-workers by learning their preferences and desires
- Help make our community a true home for residents where they can eat what they want – when they want
- Be a team player and build each other up
- Work and communicate well with care staff and leadership
- Stay until the job is done and help clean after
- Help with events at the community
- Live our values - be professional, show commitment, integrity, and compassion to both residents and your coworkers
- Be willing to learn and take direction from our experienced leaders
- Strong English communication skills are essential for seamless interaction with residents and colleagues.
